Warrensburg |
A quiet, scenic town in the southern Adirondack Mountains between the Schroon and Hudson rivers. Once a busy water-powered industrial center, it remains a vibrant part of Warren County. Early settlers in the 1780s were pioneers in this “dark and dangerous place.” Fortunes were made in lumber and tanning and eventually the garment industries. Now serving full time residents and visitors, all lovers of the outdoors and things “Adirondacks,” Warrensburg has much to offer.

Reviews
"I loved the guide" "The guide makes all of the difference in the world. Bob showed me around the place with confidence in the history, and clarity of the past. The museum is also set up very simply and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. For kids, there's an interactive play area in the middle of the museum. I would recommend this for anyone." |
